My one thing would be…to sit and listen to your Velveteen Rabbit sermon again. It is so powerful and life changing. Something so simple…yet so profound!

Today, I said that one thing I needed to do was to answer my e-mails!! Then, I read your e-mail and I wish that what I had said was that I needed to pray!

When I got up this morning the Lord impressed upon my heart to be on my knees before Him. I knelt to pray with tears of surrender. I had to admit that when trials come there sometimes seems to be no rest from them–one gets finished and there stands another. But, as I drove to work His answer came to me that He is all power, strength and wisdom. He cannot be taken away from me….His word, His truth, His life. It’s trust He wants from me. So today my one thing is trusting. Trusting His plan, His work, His timing. Love the blog, Pastor Fel. And, I’ve never heard the Velveteen Rabbit sermon…but that is one of my favorite stories of all time!! Have a great day in the Lord!

On that day 06-01 the one thing would be driving back to Ferndina Beach out side of Jacksonville Fl and float around the ocean water watching unknown to me, sea creatures swimming to close for my comfort, but yet so intriguing since I can’t see them here in KC or walk in sand that felt like baby powder. Gosh so relaxing. But I had to get on that plane Monday and come back home.
